The Restaurant

Without a doubt the focal point of La Coralina is our always open, open-air restaurant. From your bar stool or table, sit back, have a cold drink and enjoy our panoramic views and the Caribbean’s cool ocean breeze.  We specialize in “Jungle Gourmet” which means fun, always fresh, meats to seafoods served with a SMILE. All day happy hour!
SUNDAY,   and WEDNESDAY are MEXICAN Nights where we offer just our delicious Mexican Menu.

 

The Bar

y conventional standards our bar is not much of a bar at all.

We are really just a great space with an even better view to hang out and watch the surfers, listen to music, shoot pool and make new friends. Since we are a small hotel we close down usually pretty early. Last call 10 p.m. Make sure you try our 5 shot rum punch called the “Dejame Tranquillo” or a fresh passion fruit martini!

BREAKFAST

Surf Break

Scrambled eggs with onions, peppers, black beans and cheese rolled in flour tortillas. Served with salsa and sour cream.

¨La Coralina¨

Three eggs scrambled with tomato, scallions and feta cheese. Served with a local homemade Johnny Cake.

Pancakes

Two buttermilk pancakes. Served with a choice of bananas, pineapple or dark chocolate and coconut.

LUNCH

Jerk Chicken or Shrimp Salad

Large, fresh green salad with grilled chicken or shrimp marinated in a blend of citrus and Jamaican spices. Served with a passionfruit dressing.

Chips & Cheese

Flour tortilla chips topped with melted cheese. Served with a side of salsa.

Hummus Plate

Flavor of the day hummus served with toasted pita and fresh veggies

Nachos

Everybody does them but nobody does them better. Chipotle pepper chicken, onions, tomato, fire roasted corn, black beans and cheddar cheese. Served with salsa and sour cream.

Cheeseburger in Paradise

Half-pound burger topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Served with a chipotle mayo.

BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Chicken filet grilled and topped with cheese and caramelized onions. Served on a baguette roll.

La Coralina Grinder

Seared roast beef topped with crumbled feta and cheddar cheeses. Sauteed peppers and onions. Served on a baguette roll with a horseradish mayo and red pepper relish.

All Sandwiches are Served with Fries, Fresh Fruit or Salad of the Day

DINNER

Starters:

Black Bean Soup

Topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream and scallions.

House Salad

Today´s fresh veggies, topped with kalamata olives and feta cheese.

Coconut Fried Shrimp

Topped with a chipotle pepper fruit salsa.

Seafood Appetizer

Jumbo shrimp and calamari sauteed in a garlic butter wine sauce served with garlic herb toast.

Jamaican ¨Jerk¨ Chicken

Chicken filet marinated in a blend of citrus and Jamaican spices. Served with black beans, rice and a yogurt fruit dip.

Pork Tenderloin

Pan seared and oven roasted. Served with a tropical fruit chutney and coconut-curry cream sauce.

Seared Tuna Steak

Served with a trio of sauces – black bean ginger, roasted red pepper and toasted onion cream sauce.

Caribbean Shrimp Dinner

Jumbo shrimp dusted in Caribbean spices and sauteed in a garlic butter sauce. Topped with fruit rum salsa, and served with black beans and rice.
